  Open File
Opens a saved file (SimplyPats saves files with the .pat file extension). By default SimplyPats saves your files in a directory called Data, which can be found in your C:\Program Files\SimplyPats 6\ folder.
 

Save File
Saves the Current Test Data. See Also Saving Your Test Data

  Print Results
Click this button to print your test results. See Also Printing Your Results
  Download Data From PAT
Click this icon to download test data from your PAT Tester. You will also need to press a button on your PAT Tester to start downloading data.

  Manually Enter Test
Click this button to bring up the Manual Entry Screen. This allows you to Manually Enter Asset and Test Results. See Also Manual Entry
  Go To First record See Also Record Navigation
  Go Back One Record See Also Record Navigation
  Go Forward One Record See Also Record Navigation
  Go To Last Record See Also Record Navigation
  Delete Record
Click this to Delete the Current Displayed Record.
 

Find Appliance
Type in a word or number to find. See Also Finding Appliances

 

Find Next Fail
Displays the next Failed Appliance. See Also Finding Appliances

  Find Duplicates
Finds any occurences where Appliance Id's are Duplicated. See Find Duplicates
  Replace Abbreviations
Converts any abbreviations you have used in the Appliance Description into full words. See Also Replacing Your Abbreviations
  Spell Check
Checks the Spelling of all records. See Also Spell Checking Your Data
 

Validate Data
Checks the currently loaded file for missing data. See Also Validating Your Data

  Bulk Replace
Allows you to bulk change various properties of the appliance.

Create Invoice
Brings up the Invoice screen. From here you can print your Invoice.

  Customer Details
Brings up the Customer Details. From here you can add or amend the Customer Address. See Also Customer Details
Retest Calendar
Shows a Retest Calendar in Week, Month or Year View of all the Retests of All your Customers. See Also Retests Calendar

Clear Groups
Clears any Grouping you have applied to the list of Appliances.

System Settings
Allows you to change the Program System Settings, for example what PAT Tester you are using. See Also System Settings
Email Data File
Emails the currently loaded file to the customer email address. See Email Results
Add Retests to Outlook
Adds unique retests of currently loaded file to Outlook See Outlook Add Appointment
Add Photo to Current Appliance
Allows you to add a Photo to the current selected appliance or automatically import photos from the Photos Folder. See Appliance Photo
Help File
Brings up this Online Help Manual.
