Setting Your Company Logo
The Your Settings screen allows you set your
company logo used for print outs.
Changing Your Logo
Click on the "Logo"
button and an Open Image File dialogue will be displayed, allowing
you to pick an image file of your company logo. Use a scanner
to scan your company logo unless you already have it saved as
an image on disk. The image file must be saved as a .JPG .BMP
or .PCX file in order to be loaded into the SimplyPats program.
Scanning Your Company Logo
If you scan your company
logo using a scanner, take care not to scan at a very high resolution.
(high number of Dots Per Inch or DPI). You should aim to scan
at between 100 and 300 dpi. If you scan at a high resolution
your image will be very large and slow to load.
Cropping Your Company Logo
Make sure your company logo
is cropped as close as possible. Avoid leaving a lot of white
space around the image as this will cause your logo to print
small despite what size you ask it to be printed in SimplyPats.
