** These PAT Testers as well as the Seaward PrimeTest 300 and PrimeTest 350 are currently downloaded using a separate utility that we provide free of charge to all SimplyPats Version 5 users. For more information and to request the utility, please contact us by phone or email.
Click on the following link to view a PDF with more information regarding the use of the utility when downloading from the Seaaward PrimeTest 300 or 350.
** TRIO SmartCal Prologger II is currently supported by importing the Data from the manufacturers own STD Downloader utility. The STD Downloader Utility has a dedicated option to output (Export) the Data in SimplyPats format.
WIP - Currently we can only import data from the Megger PAT410, PAT420 and PAT450 in CSV format via USB Memory Stick. We hope to include support for the Megger DB format at a later date and thus introduce support for uploading PAT Data back to the Megger 400 series PAT testers, in its current state the CSV export is used to output data only. CSV output files can not be uploaded back to the PAT Tester. It may also be worth mentioning that the Megger PAT 410, PAT 420 and PAT 450 currently only support the transfer of data to a computer via USB Memory, this is an intended design feature.
Manual Entry of Portable Appliance Test Results and the SimplyPats Manual Edition Software
Both Simplypats Version 6 and Simplypats Version 6 Manual Edition allow you to Manually Enter Portable Appliance Asset Information and Test Data. Microwave Leakage and RCD Trip Times can also be added for any given Appliance.
SimplyPats allows you to add Portable Appliance Asset information and Test Data manually. You can even manually add tests to an existing file, even if it has been downloaded from one of the Portable Appliance Testers listed above, if you do this it will use the test limits from the PAT.
If you manually enter tests into a new file, you have the option to add your own tests limits for each test or use the Select Test Limits feature to automatically populate the limits depending on type of test.
If you are using a Non Downloadable PAT Tester you may want to consider SimplyPats Version 6 Manual Edition software. The differences between the Manual Edition software and the SimplyPats Version 6 software are Download from PAT Tester and the Import popular PAT Tester formats has been disabled.
Users of the Manual Edtion software can still take advantage of the same free updates released for the Simplypats Version 6 software.
