Overview of SimplyPats Version 4

While SimplyPats Version 4 is still available for purchase, we would strongly recommend that you consider SimplyPats Version 5 with more advanced features, support for more PAT Testers and Windows Vista™ compatibility.

SimplyPats is designed to quickly download a variety of Portable Appliance Testing machines and print out the test results. SimplyPats is principally designed for the small electrical contractor and has many automated features to speed up testing in the field and the subsequent production of paperwork and of course an invoice. Whilst SimplyPats is designed for the small contractor, it can of course be used by anyone carrying out portable appliance testing.

SimplyPats Version 4 supports the following 7 PAT Testers:

Metrel Alpha, Beta and Omega Pats, Seaward Europa, Supernova, Europa Plus and Supernova Plus

• Fast efficient download and reports package
• Test results displayed with appliance data including test limits and operating voltages / current.
• Full screen spreadsheet style edit mode with advanced sorting and grouping facilities.
• Accepts abbreviations entered in the field, converting 'KE' to Kettle for example
• Individual or combined Pass and/or Fail Reports
• Maximises data gathered in the field to remove need for paper or portable computers to be carried to collect additional data.
• Full in program help system with full search and print facilities.
• Asset register of all equipment
• Print Reports for retest date ranges, and/or for individual sites and locations.
• Spell Check with learning capability
• Automatically generate an Invoice based on Test and Repair codes entered in the field.
• Test Prices and Repair Prices are user definable
• Maintain different pricing schemes for different clients
• Export your test results in MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Plain Text and HTML formats
