Tests By Engineer Utility

The Tests By Engineer utility which is available to freely download from the simplypats website is a utility designed for those users that wish to know how many tests have been done by a particular engineer over a particular period.

This utility will search all the SimplyPats Version 6 or Version 5 files in your data folder and calculate how many tests were done by each engineer by day. You can if you prefer select a particular date range for example to display the tests done by each engineer during the last month. This may be handy if you pay your engineers by test, or you wish to see which engineers are performing better than others!

You can also select a particular Engineer to display just his or her tests during the specific date range.

Once the data has been calculated (and this may take some time if you have a large number of files) a report is displayed which you can then either print or export as an excel spreadsheet.

In addition to the Tests By Engineer report there is a Tests By Month report which you can select from the Report drop down. This report shows the total number of tests done by month for all engineers.
